How to Choose When it Comes to Pool Liner Replacement

Dale KreviazukBlog

Replacing your old pool liner can not only get rid of issues related to leaking, mold, and mildew, but can give your pool a beautiful facelift and make it a lot more pleasurable to spend time in. There are a number of choices to make when considering a pool liner replacement, all of which will influence the overall look of your pool.
What pattern do you like?

UV Pools stocks more than 40 different pool liner patterns, and choosing one really just comes down to personal taste. Whether you’d like your pool to look more traditional with a tiled or stone look, or more contemporary with an interesting pattern, there are many different patterns to consider. You’ll also want to think about how your chosen pool liner will work with your existing pool surroundings and features, as that may influence your choice.

Do you want a border?

Again this is mostly down to esthetics, but there are a number of options when it comes to borders that sit just under the pool edging. These can give an interesting visual feature to your pool, but can sometimes look too busy, and if your pool isn’t completely level they will not follow the water line and can draw attention to the fact that the pool is uneven.

Should you go for a dark or light pattern?

If you’re confused as to which pattern would work best for your pool, then you might want to consider this: A light coloured pattern will give your pool that sparkly look, a medium coloured pattern will sparkle when the sun shines and give a deep blue when it is cloudy, while a dark coloured pattern will give a deep blue appearance whatever the weather.
